New
Shipped-request emails, now with your own template
Write the email that goes out when a request ships, with fields for the customer's name, their original quote and a link to the feature.

Loop-closing emails used our default wording. You can now write your own, preview it for any customer and choose who it comes from.
Available on Team and above. Existing workspaces keep the default template until you change it.
2.13
New
Automation builder: multi-step rules and run history
Chain up to ten actions in one rule and see every run, including skips and failures with the reason.

Rules can now take several actions in order: assign, tag, post to Slack and reply, in one rule.
The new run history shows every run for the last 30 days. Skipped runs say which condition didn’t match, and failures link to the integration that needs attention.
2.12
Improved
Themes view shows the share already shipped
Each theme bar now shows how much of its revenue is covered by work you have already shipped.

The Insights themes chart splits each bar into shipped and waiting, so you can see where the remaining demand sits.
Hover a bar to see the requests on each side.
2.11
Improved
Smarter duplicate detection
Merges now compare meaning across languages and suggest a match for 30% more incoming messages.

Duplicate detection now understands requests written in 24 languages and matches on meaning rather than shared words.
In our own workspace, suggested merges went up by 30% with no increase in wrong matches.
2.10
Fixed
Faster search in large workspaces
Search now returns in under 200 ms for workspaces with more than 100,000 requests.
We rebuilt the search index. Workspaces with more than 100,000 requests now get results in under 200 ms, down from about two seconds.
2.9
New
SAML SSO with Azure AD and Okta
Enterprise workspaces can require single sign-on and provision users with SCIM.
Enterprise admins can connect Azure AD or Okta over SAML, require SSO for every member and provision or remove users automatically with SCIM.
Every sign-in and access change is written to the audit log.
